In this time of being oversaturated by technology and social media, it’s very hard to sort through the flood of information and stimuli. Perhaps periodic fasting from the Internet would give us back some sanity? Nevertheless, there is a growing need for family-friendly, spiritually-enriching materials on our screens. I hope for this website to serve as a quiet place for reflection… a place for renewal and God’s love to whisper gently to your heart.
My other website is Consecrated Hearts. If you have a devotion to Jesus and our Blessed Mother, I would recommend it for learning about “Marian Consecration”… because the easiest and most efficacious way to Jesus is through Mary.
My name is Davy Cheng, and I am sinner who wants to be changed by God’s grace. I want to surrender my life to Him as a faithful, docile child.
“Teach me, O Lord, Your way, that I may walk in Your truth; direct my heart that it may fear Your name.” –Saint Bonaventure
“The first path in the journey of docility is therefore to receive the Word, which opens the heart. The second path is to know the Word, to know Jesus, Who says ‘My sheep listen to My voice, I know them and they follow Me’ (John 10:27). Then there is a third path, familiarity with the Word. To always bring the Word with us. To read it, to open our hearts to the Lord, open our hearts to the Spirit Who makes us understand the Word. And the fruit of this, to receive the Word, to understand the Word, to take it with us, to have this familiarity with the Word, is a great fruit! A person who does this displays goodness, kindness, joy, peace, self-control and meekness.” –Pope Francis
“After withdrawing about a stone’s throw from them and kneeling, He prayed, saying, ‘Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me; still, not My will but Yours be done.’ ” (Luke 22:41-42)
